01 Introduction

Welcome to 54ph. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 54ph ("54ph," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 54ph online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 54ph.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on 54ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 54ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 54ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 54ph, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not have had a previous 54ph account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any point when requested by 54ph for verification purposes.

54ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 54ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 54ph will close all duplicate accounts, cancel any associated bonuses, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering your 54ph account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information must match the identification documents you provide during verification. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 54ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. 54ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 54ph support immediately via live chat. 54ph will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

54ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued gameplay. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods linked to your account. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players, though 54ph reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

54ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 54ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or through third-party payment processors not listed above. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 54ph account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. 54ph is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 54ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

54ph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 54ph will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

54ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the specified period.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain slot titles, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.

54ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by changes made after the claim date, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 54ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay terms apply to all players:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in regulated studios. 54ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available upon request and are published by the respective game providers. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 54ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded — due to latency, connection issues, or any other reason — will be voided. 54ph's server timestamp is the definitive record for all bet placement times.
• 54ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any attempt to exploit a game vulnerability.

07 Responsible Gaming

54ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 54ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 54ph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, chip dumping, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 54ph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 54ph platform — including but not limited to the 54ph brand name, logo, visual identity, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 54ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 54ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 54ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 54ph content.
• Use the 54ph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the 54ph platform.

Any unauthorized use of 54ph intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 54ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 54ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or content published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

54ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 54ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

54ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

You may close your 54ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements or amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

54ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 54ph is required to do so by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
• 54ph reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• 54ph decides to discontinue the platform or any part of its services.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 54ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

54ph operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting 54ph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.

14 Amendments

54ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 54ph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of the 54ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
